Or go for one of the five either warm or cold bowls which come filled with lots of good stuff. I had quinoa on the side with plenty of greens, lentils, sprouts covered in a fabulous garnish with a twist of garlic. YAM!
In this little hideaway the friendly owners Meyleen and her husband Quentin combine her expertise as a alternative practitioner and his years of experience in the gastronomy business. But why stay apart if you could work together? So they started Harmony Bowl about two years ago and love the idea to rise awareness and to be one pillar of our well being.
